Edgar is the first realitor I have had that went the extra mile. He went out of our way to fix issues found during the home inspection, and approached problems instead of trying to convince me it wasn’t an issue. We sold our house above value using him and bought are new house at asking price. All during a time when the market was dropping… couldn’t have been more prefect. Extremely happy with his effort and personal care. He will go out of his way to find you cost appraiser for any issue you find, even including the home inspector himself!
